Ratings Abuse? NO. I must be mistaken...

What is the person, rating this wallpaper with 1 1/2 star, qualified for? Absolutely nothing. My rating to his job: Moronic - no star.

Got a 0 star I suspect because it's just a wallpaper turned into a logon. There's no effort involved in that.

How many logons have you created? What's the definition of logon to you? What is the measurement of effort in making a logon?

It's a great wallpaper but a pretty unremarkable logon screen.

Who was the moderator? you?
I admit it was pretty unremarkable. So what marks should it obtain? Zero? Can zero be considered as a pass mark? But, here we found my logon passed with zero marks, i.e., accepted with zero rating. So, those who get less than zero are not eligible for WC gallery.
Probably this is the rule of WC. Isn't it?

If you found it unremarkable, then who has told you to accept it?

An initial '0' rating on passing through moderation will be a 'bug' aka 'the moderator forgot to post a rating'.

So what's the result of the bug? It won't appear in the WC gallery. None would be able to enjoy it. So, what's the significance of making such free skins if no one can enjoy it?

It seems that people are prone to rate based on their personal taste rather than the quality or performance of the work.

I also think so.
