Lacking Libraries

Bug report.

I don't know how anyone else, but not all of my libraries are being displayed when selecting library as a preview option.
I'm having available only 3 libraries (see below) instead of 7.

UPDATE (01-10-06)

Missing Library: Bootskins (When accessing my gallery, and you want to see only Bootskins you can't, because that option is missing. The rest of libraries are listed fine.)

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks

The My Skins / View My Skins page has behaved oddly for me for quite some time. Sometimes I'll look at a persons View My Skins, and the ONLY library available will be the Awaiting Moderation library.

This link may display differently as skins become approved, but as I type, it is an example of my first issue: http://dslv.wincustomize.com/MySkins.aspx?ACID=2194654&LibID=-1&p=1&s=10&d=1

Other times I know a person has submissions, but when I view their page nothing shows.

An example of this last: A Dock Icon: https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=9022&LibID=29&comments=1 (Parental Discretion Advised)
If I click that author's name, then View My Skins, I'm told the author has no submissions--even though I was just looking at one two clicks previous.
